1. Where does Neximall.com ship to?

We currently ship only within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped​.

3. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can use this tracking number on carrier’s website to track the status of your shipment.

4. What are the shipping costs?

We are providing free delivery to all our customer’s within India.

5. What is your return policy?

You can return products within 48 hours of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. You will need to provide a receipt or order confirmation. Returns are not accepted for customized, perishable, or personal care items​.
